As much as we would like to provide personal contact to anyone and everyone, logistically speaking, we simply cannot. The fact that we are a nonprofit laboratory dedicated to providing genetic testing at "cost" means that we do not have the resources to provide communication to the over 50,000 people who have submitted blood samples for testing. This is precisely why we spent two years developing our online tracking system for your use.
Once a genetic test is complete, a notation will be made on our web site that you can access confidentially using your "Identifier". This notation will state the fact that testing is complete and that a report has been forwarded to your referring physician.
